Who can join the CMSGO Agent Program?
Malaysian SSM-registered businesses may apply. All applications require CMSGO approval.
How is the 5% commission calculated?
It is 5% of the final discounted vehicle rental fee for eligible attributed bookings. Insurance/protection, pickup or delivery, additional services and taxes are excluded.
When will I receive commission payments?
Approved commissions are scheduled for the next eligible Monday after the rental is completed and reviewed. Bank verification, disputes and public holidays may delay settlement.
Do agents need to collect customers' identity documents?
No. Customers submit required identity and driving documents themselves through CMSGO's secure Driver Verification process.
Can agents collect rental payments?
No. Customers pay CMSGO directly unless CMSGO separately authorizes another arrangement in writing.
