CMSGO Agent Program — Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility and approval. Applications are restricted to Malaysian SSM-registered businesses. CMSGO verifies documents and may approve or reject applications. Approval does not guarantee bookings or earnings.
  2. Referral attribution. Only bookings correctly attributed to an approved Agent ID through the CMSGO referral system qualify. Unattributed bookings, self-referrals, manipulation, duplicate or fraudulent bookings do not qualify. Attribution disputes are reviewed against system records.
  3. Commission. The rate is 5% of the final discounted vehicle Rental Fee recorded in CMSGO, excluding LRO/SLRO, delivery, pickup/return fees, extras and taxes. No second discount is deducted. Commission is subject to verification.
  4. Eligibility for payout. Customer payment, completed vehicle return and CMSGO inspection/reconciliation are required. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed or unpaid bookings may be withheld or reversed. Partial refunds require manual review. Previously paid commissions affected by a later refund may be offset or recovered subject to applicable law.
  5. Weekly payment. Approved commissions are scheduled for the next eligible Monday. Payment is by manual Malaysian bank transfer after verification of the business bank account. Bank processing days, disputes and compliance checks may delay payment. No minimum earnings are guaranteed.
  6. Customer booking and documents. Customers book and pay directly through CMSGO and upload their own identity and driving documents using the secure Driver Verification process. Agents must not collect, store or transmit customer IC, passport or licence images on CMSGO’s behalf without separate written authorization.
  7. Agent conduct. Agents must not change CMSGO prices or terms, misrepresent insurance coverage, promise availability or vehicle upgrades, create misleading advertisements, or collect customer payments on CMSGO’s behalf without written authorization.
  8. Customer rental requirements. CMSGO rental policies apply, including driver eligibility, valid documents and geographic restrictions. The Agent must direct customers to current CMSGO rental terms.
  9. Account security and bank details. Agents must safeguard credentials and provide accurate business banking details. Changes may require re-verification. CMSGO may suspend payments pending identity or banking checks.
  10. Suspension and termination. CMSGO may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, security concerns or material breaches, subject to applicable law. Legitimately earned commissions remain subject to verification and settlement obligations.
  11. Records, privacy and updates. CMSGO records application acceptance time and terms version, processes submitted business data for account administration and commission payments, and may update these terms with notice. Material updates should require renewed acceptance before further participation.
  12. Governing law. Malaysian law applies. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
